-Fabric sourcing
We have 5 fabric managers who travel frequently to major fabric markets in China and collect latest trend information from market world wide. They collect more than 10K different new fabric swatches per year and categorize them into our fabric library. We are fast in fabric sourcing since we have abundant swatches in the library and very close cooperatin with the major fabric suppliers in China.
-Designing and development
We have 6 designers who works closely with our clients. They collect trend information, select suitable fabrics and design new styles according to our clients′ preference. Our sample center works closely with our designers and delivers samples fast. The average leadtime for sample making is 3 days and if necessary, 1 day.
-Quality Control and fast delivery
We have 5 factories specialized in different types of garments, most of them are certified by major certification programs like SA8000, BSCI etc. We have a QC team for fabrics and garments who monitor the supply chain from fiber to garments. In the last 10 years, we have built a supply chain from fiber to fashion, which is reliable, flexible and fast. Our bulk leadtime as be as short as 2 weeks.
